The best part is everyone is shitting on one of the ICP singers and his wife for bringing our bucking little khantent creator there in the first place. It's a mix of whether people throw in that he has sexually assaulted multiple women or whether he has used racial slurs - I'm not sure which one is more problematic but they obviously have a severe lack of respect for women and minorities. Poor little Joshua's autism just makes him much more in tune with the undertone and subtext of a social environment so he was just doing this little thing that we in the autism industry like to call "mirroring"

Frankly, I'm disappointed in the entire Insane Clown Posse leadership and fanbase for this incident and they should've shown a more accommodating environment to little Joshua. But part of the reason they're so well known is because they're among the most "accessible" luxury brands to people who aren't filthy rich. There are far more luxurious, far more expensive and exclusive brands out there. Panerai and Patek Philipe for example. There are some watches out there that cost as much as a brand new Ferrari or Lamborghini, literally hundreds of thousands of dollars. I wonder what it would do to this little bumblefuck retard's ego to find out he basically owns what amounts to a used Honda Civic in the luxury watch world?

Take the following with a grain of salt and feel free to correct any information. I do not personally have access to the actual court documents/updates and am relying on the reddit posts.

Josh currently has charges for Assault and Battery on the woman he hit on the Fourth of July. He has pled Not Guilty so far. It is somewhat likely that Mayor Flanagan is bankrolling his representation based on previous statements, or at least got him in touch with these lawyers. His next hearing is on 9/16/25; he has not had to personally appear (yet).

Mr. Based's Wots.live site​

Mr. Based has attempted to launch a competitor streaming website named "wots.live". Josh has verbally threatened more than once to sue him, and sent a cease a desist once to him. Josh has now sent another cease and desist and posted it to his instagram as well. You can make your guess how legally binding this document is.
