As I always try to point out, I know sweet fuck-all about Korean law that I haven't learned from this thread or casual research because of this thread, but I think the max he's likely looking at is 10, if he gets the max sentence for the revenge porn shit.

I think the sentencing will be concurrent for the rest of the bullshit he's already pled guilty to, as disappointing as that is.

I actually think he will get something in the 2-5 range. Plus it will actually be shitty time in a very bad environment for a mouthy little midget nigger.

Then he will be deported and quite possibly never allowed to travel to another country ever again.

The "nothing ever happens" result is he just gets deported.

The kind of funny result is he just keeps committing new crimes, and the yellow devils use their devious mentality to punish him by NOT ever jailing him, but hounding him into the status of a beggar, constantly beaten up in public, never allowed just to go to prison to do his time, until he dies.

Remember, if they'd actually just jailed him on his first offense and kept him there and then threw him out after time served, he'd be in way better shape than he is now. It is actually a particularly clever (and actually admirable) form of cruelty of the Asian variety to punish him by NOT punishing him.

Ironically, it actually is a weird quirk of Korean law that I was unfamiliar with, as I said might be the case, that even absurd "I was drunk yeronner" defenses do sometimes work in Korea.

Although the most cited case involved one dude who literally raped an 8 year old nearly to death. Apparently there was an intense reaction to that and the defense has been somewhat circumscribed.
This was despite the vile fiend who did it having a long history of committing crimes while drunk.
 
Can we just throw all social media prank videos in jail pending trial? This shit has just evolved into a series of misdemeanor crimes slowly turning into felony crimes.

The only two categories I have respect for are the engineering guys who bait thieves with packages or valuables and record them getting surprised the theft item sprays mace or is tied with 200LB fishing line and its actually funny. Or the creative guys that do things like mounting chairs to ceilings with people sitting in them like nothing is out of place or have an identical twin confuse someone appearing two places at once. The key factor is the innocent guy being pranked typically laughs and admires the creativity it took when revealed. "oh what? ha ha ok you guys got me there. I was like what's going on!?! haha..." you get it. Even half of those I think are fake, who knows , who cares, harmless.

What ever happened to the prank channel nigger who pretended to plan on killing a cat? Didn't he end up with a 6 month prison sentence for all his tardery? Tre? whatsuptre? Mods should make a poll for the outcome of his big trial. If they will just deport his ass or a decade of manual labor.

I already said it in this thread, but I hope he's dumb enough to think if he escapes to North Korea they will just send him home. They'll pull an Otto Warmbier on him, and he'll come back to states as a vegetable in a few years.
