Silly Doyle posting aside, because Jim STILL insists that he was never served, I'm attaching the court documents showing that Jim was properly served, the court accepted it, and Jim never once contested it.
According to the process server, he served Jim or someone at Jim's house confirmed that Jim lived there on October 7th, 2023, at 10:27AM pacific time. I did some looking and there's nothing on twitter that I could find where he even playfully acknowledges that he got served. I could've missed it as Jim tweets as much as a recently dumped thot.
He did know about the lawsuit but he claims he only found out about it through Will Sommer back in June. He drops this deep knowledge on the 8th of October for no reason other than Will's name had been brought up in an incredibly long tweet chain he was kinda in.
This was followed up with an incredibly long tweet he made where he's both the victim and the hero due to vague threats. It took him less than an hour to spew this out.
I'm awaiting my "imposed cost" for going after Jim and his friend High Fidelity. I'm just kidding. Jim doesn't view his dress wearing gimp, Josh Fidel, as a friend.

You might check Null's list for hosting companies, although what you need is far smaller than any of these:

While quarter of a million is a rather impressive starting sum, I have high hopes for Jim and believe he could easily pull a Tomlinson and multiply it several-fold. He's already close with Jackie so he certainly has the expert cyber security advice necessary to pull off such a feat at his disposal.

First set of Lies and misrepresented facts. I have never worked with Neal Rauhauser or Libby Shaw. I had no idea who they were till Doug introduced me to them. It makes zero sense for him to claim this or say I'm in any way working with them. He says it because he's got a beef that I told him I didn't care about. Jim has had this fantasy from the start that if he got sued by anyone of importance that he can just ask them about anything he wants.
He and HiFi have repeated the “discovery is gonna be lit” phrase and attributing it to anything in their bizarre conspiracy. In other words they had this insane cope that it would be ok to get sued because in discovery they would ask about enough random shit to crack open some new grand scheme that their targets may have been involved in. It’s juvenile and deranged, but they believe it.

I never beefed with Jim. Ever. I was in a Matrix group of Kirtaner’s anonymously. Neal and Libby showed up. Jim and HiFi were already in it. He got the Fantasy from Arturo who pulled out the Michael Flynn connection to Schoenberger from Cicada. Him and HiFi all got their information from him. Flynn was always embedded in the thing and clearly is the lowest hanging fruit for this people. Arturo went to Vice, and them and is the source. Anyways, Jim still has a Long Shot to get out of this judgement. In Nevada there is a "Motion to Set Aside" which can be used if they were not served correctly. If Jim can come up with witness statements and records that show he was traveling or not at that address when the substituted service happened. Since we know a large man took the papers that was not Jim it is possible for him to make the case to get it vacated or set aside. The process server says in his statement, so it is open ended for this type of motion to be set forth. If Jim can show he didn't live their anymore because he moved or rented it out after his was getting internet stalked, it would be easy. Add a witness or 2 to his location with statements and he's back in the ball game. However he would probably then be stuck having to litigate the case actually. What could be a mini W for him would ultimately be a L if he files and has to go to court. If not, he just owes, and he's fucked. It's pretty amazing.
