If it's based on RVC, I'm assuming he talks and then the model just converts whatever he says into the new voice. He might also be doing an accent/has a specific way of speaking when using the voice changer to get the best results from the conversion.

He may have just taken a recording of a random woman with a southern accent and chucked that into his voice changer.
Also, it's shockingly easy to steal any random person's voice to use with RVC, and if the person he stole it from is obscure enough nobody will ever find out who the voice actually belongs to.
