A few people have beaten me to the punch, but I re-wrote the opening paragraphs of the Daily Mail story to reflect what journalists should be writing:
A trans-identified male bus driver traumatised a train driver and dozens of passengers when he took his own life by jumping in front of a train after colleagues refused to kowtow to trans fascism and refused having a shared delusional disorder by referring to him as 'ma'am'.

Ava Michal Hudson, who rejected the name his parents gave him of 'David', 27, died on August 7 last year on his way to work at the Chicago Transit Authority, while in his uniform.

He didn't leave a note and gave no indication he was suicidal before suddenly leaping to his death, just four days after attending his brother's wedding.

'Sadly, we’ll never fully know the reason for her [sic] death, but the pain left behind after her [sic] sudden departure has been acute,' his family wrote in his obituary.

I mainly picked the name because it was uncommon basically just came to me and I like searching the meaning of names so I can understand them better and it felt right but when others say it doesn’t feel natural so it makes want to take the easy way out and just say Kaz when introducing myself to new people

Weird. When I read it in the Chicago Sun-Times, there was no mention of any traumatic brain injury. I also found it strange how they only reported it now, an entire year after the fact. I had assumed it had been reported on at the time, and they felt the need to dig the story out again on its first anniversary.

What makes them vulnerable to HIV?

Is it again because a lot of them work as cheap hookers or is it because being fucked in an open wound is a great transmission route for HIV?

It’s been claimed that sharing needles was the bigger reason for the spread of GRIDs in the 80s than bumsex.

Obviously, anal is a risky activity but there always has been a thriving drug scene inside the gay club and party crowd.

It doesn’t appear that current troons are often smack heads, but I can hazard a guess that before this over tolerance and pandering to them, drug addiction was a way many of them “managed their dysphoria”.

I am supposing that they probably don’t share needles for their estrogen shots, but it could be another route.

But how many of Troons are delusional gays these days?

A lot more claim to be “trans lesbians”, but 98% of those wind up becoming a kind of prison gay for other Troons, as real lesbians don’t buy the act and straight women don’t want a cockless weirdo in a dress.

According to the wiki page, he actually started transitioning just before he turned 55. What's even crazier is that he had 4 children with his ex wife and transitioned shortly after the birth of his youngest child. TIPs who transition later in life has always been the biggest argument that refutes the whole "Kids will die if they don't get access to HRT" because if its that dire then what was this guy doing all his life if we are told that suicide is the only option left without ways to transition? I also love how as soon as he transitioned and divorced his wife, he later started dating and marrying guys. So was this dude a closet self hating homosexual or is this evidence that hormones can change someone's sexuality?

My guess is a deeply closeted man, like even people like Silvia Rivera were. He candidly admitted that had he felt like he could actually live as a gay man in the 70s, he probably would not have transitioned. But, part of the fetish that some AGPs eventually develop does seem to be the desire to be fucked by a man. Doubtful that the hormones themselves are changing anything, it has to do with the feedback loop the fetish develops in their brain, what part of their stereotypical "woman" experience they eroticize and fixate on. Again, we see in this forum that Troons will claim to have multi orgasms from "vaginal" stimulation. Whether self delusion or "euphoric" endorphin surges that come from affective entrainment, who knows. I mean, dudes jerk off to images of furry monsters eating each other, the "flexibility" of human sexuality is truly awe-inspiring (in the old testament bleed from the eyes and go blind sort of way).

There is also a lot of general mistrust for doctors and medical care within the trans community, because trans people do not like interfacing with a medical community that might tell them that their hormones or goals aren't realistic. or as studies put it "fear of mistreatment", so they are much less likely to even know their status than gay men or other groups. For comparison, a recent CDC study from 2020 said something like 42% of transwomen in major US cities had HIV, whereas for the next most likely group, MSM, the rate is more like 14%. The disparity is extremely large.

I don’t know how much his TBI contributed, I just know they can be devastating and hard to treat. Brains are fucking weird. One good blow to the head and you have a new personality. Or maybe he coomed to Sailor Moon too many times. Or both.
 
Post op trannies don't have very exciting sex lives, it seems. So all negholes getting pozzed are likely the OG way. It's also really easy to get clean needles unless you're so far gone you're a zombie hobo. And that's assuming the drugs involved need to be injected, a lot of drugs don't. Most cases of HIV transmission are in fact due to neghole pozzing.

A lot of non western trannies do it almost exclusively for prostitutions it seems so that's probably why the rates are so high: sex tourism from particularly degen johns.
