Oh these things. They were taking over my alma mater like an STI last time I checked. Moaning Mrytle now moves from stall to stall avoiding the boys in her toilet. Any single occupancy bathroom was not gender neutral and a few multiple occupancies are the same, like the one in the library. The ones in Hogsmeade is also all gender neutral now but they were always single occupancy jobs.

No dude. Not all women are sociable and have girl/women friends, or even friends at all. This kind of thinking is what leads a lot of autistic girls and women, or even just socially awkward girls and women who feel they don't fit in, to think they are pooners and enbies, imo. That is extremely rare. It would be a small venue and there is usually an understanding a guy might need to use a stall. You could just queue up as a guy at the women's side and say you need to use a stall. And in such a situation people are probably boozed up and maybe on drugs, they don't care too much.

The only place I’ve ever even heard of place have no-door stalls in a men’s room is like shitty basic training barracks in the military and there’s A) No pooners there and B) Within a day everyone is too miserable and desperate to care anymore. You’d have to be a really really shitty dive to not have a stall in a multi-user bathroom.
