The lamest thing about that 4 minute clip you thankfully provided (always appreciate having an example of the specific topic in which people can see &judge for themselves) was that Tard said he’s charging for the privilege to even see photo examples of the art in his game. “Pre Alpha” art, at that. So, he’s expecting big sub drops to see a shitty first draft of some 2D card for a Balatro rip off based on various lolcows.
It’s stinky that the first thing he even brings up about his soon to be in alpha (lmao) game, is that people better be ready to pay in subs, which start at $5 increments, to see a few lousy screenshots of his game. When the Beejam Boys say, “drop some SUBS!!!” they don’t mean 1, as is very known. They mean as many as possible. It’s a $5 minimum to even get started.

Seemed like some in the audience thought they were paying right then & there to see some game preview art or maybe even an action clip? No such luck, even though Andy just said such. They were privy to Andy's personal life that weren't made public until months after. There is a video where the victim interacts with the snapchat interface by showing Tard's profile and then twiddling with the Snapchat messages. That means the messages cannot be edited, unless they spun up an entire fake Snapchat clone in developer mode. As far as I know, NOBODY has been subjected to such fakery.
Tard later claimed they had the account nuked by mass reporting or something. To be fair, the timeline from here becomes blurry in my mind. @Balldo's Gate might be able to provide more.
He never said he was catfished by this minor girl. He straight out said all the messages were fake when they clearly weren't.
Andy's initial cope was that the chat logs were faked using "inspect element" (this is obviously stupid as the quoted text points out, that works in web browsers, not phone apps)
41:10 - Warski claims that it would be easy to fake by using "inspect element and changing things around", problem is the video is not from a browser but the snapchat app, meaning it would not be possible. First claim that the messages are fake is a lie Then he goes on to say that there are messages showing TOnka wanting to destroy Warski, Ralph and Metokur. He claims they say something about a girl. If this were true, why would he not show them?
As you note, an additional cope he presented at the time was that he was banned from Snapchat, and that this somehow proves that he was being framed and that the conspirators mass reported his account to prevent him from proving it was fake. This doesn't make any sense since a) he can't prove a negative, if he showed his Snapchat account without any conversation with this person he could have just blocked them and deleted the chats before doing so and b) even if his account was banned instead of deleted, it makes sense that he would be banned for grooming.
Warski's account were "banned" after the girl was on DAvies' stream, like mentioned before, Warski always refused to log in or show any proof the accounts were banned and not deleted
On October 20 2018, 5 days after the Snapchat allegations surfaced on Davis's stream, Warski released a leaked call with Tonka and others where the desire to "ruin Andy" was discussed, which is allegedly proof the Snapchat stuff is fake. I'm not sure if this stream was archived and it's not clear what was on the leaked call and what is commentary, but it has a crucial problem in it nonetheless:
- Tonka was proven to offer $2k to get Jim's dox but was declined EDIT: Someone might have actually took the money and that's why Jim was doxed, enlisting the help of one of the guys on the farms. This is rumored.
- They discuss the fact that they're planning to 'ruin Andy' which basically confirms that the Snapchat stuff was a gay OP and cannot be trusted
The problem is that the summary later notes that the plan to "ruin Andy" "was being planned since early October" and had as a goal "trying to actively ruin the relationship with his girlfriend".
Why is this a problem? The Snapchat messages correctly note that Andy had already broken up with Sinead. In fact, Warski said on the Killstream on November 7 2018 that he had been broken up with Sinead for a month and a half, meaning the relationship was likely already over by early October when Tonka and others were allegedly "trying to actively ruin [Andy's] relationship with his girlfriend".
Why is this a key problem for the "fake DMs" narrative? It means that Tonka and the other alleged conspirators didn't know the crucial private personal information about Warski that was included in the allegedly fake screenshots less than two weeks before the allegedly fake screenshots were unveiled on October 15. Tonka himself claimed that Warski and Sinead had broken up sometime around October 12, with the source likely being the DMs with "Sarah/Tanya".
From the screenshots of the alleged Snapchat conversations we see that Warski had talked to Tanya/"Sarah" about fighting with Sinead on August 12 and then at some other unspecified date said he had broke up with Sinead.
The Killstream episode where Warski said he had broken up with Sinead and that he was the one to do it was the night of November 7, 2018. Taking the "month and a half" very literally (45 days) that would make the date of the breakup around September 23, 2018.
Tonka's claim around October 12 that they had broken up was therefore likely around 2-4 weeks after it had happened, and the source for this was evidently these conversations, since these screenshots were leaked a couple days later on the October 15 stream by Davis.
A couple months later, Warski had accepted the claim that the girl exists and was 15 years old.
He claimed that Davis, the one who ran the stream, worked with her "make those DMs up" except this doesn't address the fact that the DMs contained non-public information about Warski, namely that he initiated a breakup with Sinead.
