I feel like the Community Happenings post would benefit a lot from the context that Emily's "emergency" was full-on Locked-In Syndrome, basically full body paralysis after a heart attack during ketamine treatment, IIRC

Do you have a source for that? She was admitted to rehab in the first place because of a long term ketamine addiction, so a ket treatment seems wildly unlikely IMO. Also there is zero mention of it in the lawsuit her mum filed, and instead it appears the ensuing vegetative state/locked-in syndrome are a result of a garden variety anoxic brain injury caused by lack of oxygen before she was found and given emergency treatment.

It's pretty old news that she's in a veg state. I'd personally heard it was caused by cardiac arrest from her treatment. Not a slight on you btw, just thought it would help give context on just how fucked it is. If she had a lawyer, they should've been able to represent her despite a vegetative state, but it sounds like it was dismissed just so they wouldn't have to actually do any work.

I'm aware she is a vegetable given I mentioned it in my happenings post, I was asking for a source on the ket thing since I hadn't heard that, and I don't want to be throwing edits and info in there without actual proof

They were able, and did try, but as it shows in the happenings post they asked to withdraw because her mother who is responsible for the case as her daughters legal guardian wasn't playing ball.

It was dismissed because they were refusing to actually move the case forward. The medical incident happened in Feb 24, the lawyer pulled out in Jan 25 and since then her mother did nothing to continue the case, either in terms of getting another lawyer or even communicating with the court in anyway, including literally not showing up at a hearing specifically designed to give them one last chance to stop the case being dismissed for failing to prosecute it. I mean at that point what exactly is the court supposed to do?
 
Amazing to think some simps pay four or five digits to OF whores in the futile hope of catching a crumb of pussy, and some random mutt gets to smash. If this doesn't wake up coomers, nothing will. What a vile disgusting industry, it's a stain on all of us that it's allowed to exist.

From what I recall, she also had serious and untreated anorexia plus chronic pain from injuries suffered while filming. The whole situation is horrific.

Normally I hate druggies and find OF women annoying, but even cannot help but have empathy for her in this.

When I came in, I almost wanted to say something edgy but I found myself not really able to do it. I hope found a way to communicate with her via her eye movements, maybe make some kind of morse code like eye movement language? If I were her, I would want to be euthanized and be over with it.

At this point, I would consider my life over.
