If M600PL has taught me anything, it's that the legs are always fucked when megafatties lose weight. No matter what, it always seems like the one place that remains misshapen and never returns to normal.

Oh hey, it's Grum!
As much as I laughed at the Grum comparison (and the others), I'm still happy that she lost all that weight.

I wonder if gigafats look at someone like Tammy before and after skin removal and think, "Yeah, I'd rather stay a solid tub of lard instead of a melted bag of slop." Even though Tammy's body is permanently destroyed, at least she can travel in a single seat without seatbelt extenders. I'm also loving how Tammy is smaller than her sister now, after the time Amy said, "...I just wanna be healthy and not like her to tell you the truth."

Honestly, I suspect that's why a lot of ham planets won't lose weight. They know they'll look like melted candles and no one if fetishizing that. At least staying fat means they'll have some people who shout go girl and perverted men ogling at them.

Of course, most sane people would rather be able to breathe and move around like a normal person, but then again, sane people don't get to 600lbs in the first place.

You know what? Good on her for losing all that weight, no matter how she did it. Most land whales don't ever manage the same.

Here is a full body photo:
Is that fashion, or is that some sort of medical compression suit she has to wear to help redistribute the fat? When fat girls wear tight clothing (like, really fat) it basically makes them look like sausages, but with Tammy it's thin upper legs, gross lower legs.

Either way I don't think it's really working.

I dont think it is supposed to be "fashion" but compression-wear so she doesnt develop any pockets of fluid in her midsection where she has had surgery. Jesus fucking Christ, people.

Hopefully she can get some sort of surgery to undo the damage to her face and neck to help complete the weight loss. Although I'm probably being optimistic since that stuff is expensive.

Her legs are so bowed that they would have to break and reset them to straighten them out.
Hips are probably gone, too.

Generally, force on the knees during walking is 1.5 to 3 times the body weight. Okay, so let’s use both the min and maximum number and Tammy’s highest weight of 725 lbs. please correct if wrong.

725 times 1.5 = 1087.5 lbs
725 times 3 = 2175 lbs

So, her knees were bearing a load of anywhere between 1087.5 to 2175 lbs just waking. Like, flat walking.

Now take that and add stairs. Stairs change it to 3 to 4 times your weight or more. So, 2175 to 2900 lbs of force on your knees. That is absurd and horrifying. So yeah, no wonder her bones are deformed. And she’s been fat for so long her bones probably warped while she was growing. Pediatric bones are soft and pliable, they’re meant to bend (and break, to a degree but also they heal faster because of this). But, the skeleton is not meant to hold such mass of a child.

Interestingly enough, obese children are at higher risk of skiffy ( scfe) where the growth plate of the hip slips. Probably due to excess force/pressure. Once you develop scfe, surgery is the option.
