The only interesting thing outside of substance abuse that Ralph does is his occasional attempts at IRL relationships which always end in epic disasters.
Any RL interactions he has with women, no matter how trivial, he spins into elaborate fantasies. Like the hooker that politely chatted with him at the Colombian Teen Porn compound, that was a Deeply Meaningful Conversation and mystical, almost surreal Deep Connection (that was the drugs, dummy. ) Or the physiotherapist he saw for awhile, he fantasized about her and the future they would have together for weeks. It really is pitiful.
If you told anybody that Ralph crippled his arm by sleeping on it and then stalked his physio therapist until she had enough after he left H.S.Thompson books on her car for her, "something" happened and Ralph ran with his tail between his atrophied legs... they would think that a handsome webcomic artist made it up.
Lol he fantasized that Pantsuela 1, his gf for hire/escort back when he still had $$ for such things, was gonna marry him and they’d live happily ever after. Really shows how destitute he's become. With P1 he briefly stopped living like a total shut-in. Some great pictures were taken, Piggy on a boat, Piggy with the small special needs helmet rushing down a zip line. Now it’s KFC or hanging out in his stinky pigsty.
