Corollary: Companies assuming everyone has a mobile phone and/or the ability to text. I know someone who - for reasons - has a mobile phone for emergencies only and no texting service. So many places act shocked when this person tells them they can't get texts because companies seem to have the expectation they can spam you to death with text/SMS messages.Companies assuming that they can send you SMS (text) messages. I cannot even call around for information about something with apparently agreeing to be put on a list.
MFA make sense in some settings, but it's either misused or implemented horribly that it feels more like a curse than a blessing most of the time.MFA (multi-factor authentication) on everything is another.
Even though Pride Month is over, I've seen posts making the rounds this week about gay celebrities from the 70s/80s era.
