Okay so potential MAJOR Revelation.
So you guys remember the time when Rekieta's Give Send Go was taken down (He was raising money for MontaGraph's Lawsuit)? Rekieta said that he didn't knew it was taken down and we here thought that he took it down out of shame for raising such little money. Well, it turns out, it was potentially criminal for him to have that thing up and running and Montagraph contacted the ATTORNEY GENERAL to get info on the legality of that Give Send Go.
He also alleges that Rekieta might have stolen funds from Vic's fundraiser, through Rekieta LLC.

After learning of Nick's PPP loan scam where he never paid it back, I would absolutely not be surprised at all that despite being rich thanks to his parents money, he decided Vic owed him some money for his "services".

  • According to MontaGraph, there is a video of Rekieta saying that every dollar after 100K in Vic's fundraiser, will go to a charity. MontaGraph claims that the charity didn't receive anything from them (Rekieta/Ty Beard).

The money went to an IOLTA under Ty Beard's firm's control. If Ty paid Nick for services out of that, it would have been at Vic's direction, or at least sign-offs.

The original goal was 100k, but they blew past that. The gfm said any unused moneys would go to charity, but given that Vic was out of pocket about $500k? $600k? And Ty apparently didn't do any make-goods for Vic, there was no money left.

It's possible Nick said this, but the intent was clear.

Given how wrong Monty was on those two easily verifiable points, I wouldn't be surprised if he contacted the (MN?) AG, but I don't know there would be an issue. It was dead long before it was taken down. ($8k? $10k?)

It's vapid but there are nuggets of information to be found.) I don't think it's April. She knows exactly how to get in touch with Nick. She's not going to use Reddit.
