Trumps failings on ICE raids is that they’re not aggressive enough.
Trump would have broader appeal on deportations if he deported violent criminals and not 4 year olds with terminal cancer, or had ICE arrest US citizens.
Obama averaged 1800 deportations per day during his two terms, with a CBP and ICE budget smaller than it is under Trump, adjusted for inflation. As far as I'm aware, Obama's admin didn't bag any citizens, even by accident.
Donald doesn't care, though, and the MIGA movement doesn't care about actual numbers and statistics, just the appearance that something is being done.
Steven Miller is arresting US citizens, and that's cool and justified because... uh... it just is, ok!?
Fewer than 850 deportations per day under Trump is fucking pitiful.

you’re never gonna get all 11-20 million on a plane. You have to make the conditions so hostile they self-deport. If the Trump admin had any spine there’d be an executive order putting 50 percent plus remittance taxes on Latin American and African nations. Instead he’ll cuck and offer totally not amnesty to the farm hands and hotel maids.

🖐️I have a silly, silly question.

Why are Latin Americans considered immigrants and Caucasians not immigrants?

I'm a terrible historian, but as far as I can look up, mexicans inhabited the USA first. While some of L. A. s might be immigrants, fact is some of them descended from folk who were there long before white settlers came.

Due process is confirming they’re illegal and shipping them back and quickly as possible.
They’re skipping much of the due process as they deport people here legally. They could go through certain processes like terminating temporary protective status to remove their legal status, but are skipping this with a lot of migrants.

Or they’re doing stuff like deporting them to the one country they were legally barred from deporting them to like with El Salvador. It’s actually an improvement to just try sending them to a random country like Sudan (so long as the US isn’t also trying to contract out prisons to send migrants to).

For the same reason, that if you are white and move out of the country you are called an "expat" as opposed to a "migrant", though it's not about race necessarily; it's about the perception of money.

If you are perceived as moving from a "shithole" for a "better life" you are a migrant (hence the answer to your question about perception). If you lived in the """civilized world""" and wanted to live abroad because of culture, wanderlust or peculiar business opportunities, you are an expat. it's not defined by race, or history whatsoever but perceptions of people's origins.

Ironic, considering America's inevitable collapse

Carlin being relevant again.

I know there's a limit to Poe's Law but it's just too disgusting to not put here

These "Christians" had the same response to Jimmy Swaggart and Jim Bakker.

Don't give him any ideas about deporting indigenous people living on reservations so he can turn the land into golf courses and resorts.

So the citizenship order of Trump's appears to be blocked again, but by a nationwide class action as was suggested by Kavanaugh during the injunction case.

So from the looks of it, instead of nationwide injunctions, judges will need to block Trump with nationwide class actions.

That's not exactly a terrible idea. There's a considerable tard filter on what's allowed to be a nationwide class action. The whole "any federal judge anywhere can stop any federal agency from doing anything at any time" thing was getting out of hand.

Yeah, I mostly find it funny that there was all this cheering over the idea that Trump won with SCOTUS over birthright citizenship.

Like this was just a couple days ago.

Then today they got cockblocked again because they haven't tried to argue a real case for ending birthright citizenship. It's been similar in a few different cases where the DOJ basically argued the court shouldn't have had jurisdiction, rather than that Trump's administration was really acting within the law.
