Apologies for being late and gay but I ran into the same thing on a clean device. This guy calls out Chibi-likes to a T somewhere in the middle of this short. Chibi may not be the cancerous, Johnny Somali-type influencer which is more in your face about how much of a POS they are, but his airport ass-showing, greasy hair-having, sexually demented, almost certainly wet dog-smelling, inappropriately cosplaying ass is definitely going to be a blight on Glorious Nihon.

This is my favorite Chibi trope: When he continues streaming in an environment when he really shouldn't. It happened so often.
1. Mom yelling at him at 1am.
2. His ex when she was horribly upset and needed consolation.
3. The roommates in Japan wanting to sleep after an exhausting day and turning off the lights.
4. Now this.

It's hilarious.

I still assume the only reason he wasn't streaming speedruns at his dad's funeral was because he couldn't figure out how to connect to the church's wifi.

I think most of the time that’s a polite conversation the next morning about sound ordinance as specified in the lease agreement and some basic respect for the time of others. That usually works for me.

This person requires the harder conversation.

I genuinely think he's physically incapable of learning anything. Even people on his level of the spectrum can put two-and-two together and think "hmm, it's late at night. I should probably keep it the fuck down", especially after two instances where not doing so has led to people interrupting your stream.

I know this is kind of off topic but i just beat the "hero of time" romhack chibi was playing and i implore you. If you have any interest in it at all, please play it on your own and don't let chibi's dogshit voice acting cringe ruin it for you. Its really good actually and it takes like 90 minutes to beat if you are not braindead.
