But that's a good thing. Rising wages and labor shortages are not only good for labor in the immediate term they also encourage the development of new labor-saving technologies and methodologies that ultimately make the economy more efficient and prosperous than it would have been by continuing to rely on cheap exploited manual labor.

I am not saying we should have totally open borders or anything like that. That's retarded. However, an easier way to bring in immigrants legally who want to work in jobs like that would benefit everyone. You could even make it so that the factory would have incentives to hire citizens (like make them pay a tax on wages for the people brought over or something like that). And then of course you could make it so that if a company is caught hiring someone who isn't here legally, they get severely punished (funny how this doesn't happen now, lol).

If you can make an argument that doesn't revolve around Americans are too expensive and thus, we need cheap labor either foreign or domestic, I'll put Krieger in a burger suit.

You MAGA manlets are the ones who have no convictions other than voting for whatever triggers the liberals. So I am going to support everything that triggers MAGA from now on.

How would them deporting illegals benefit me? Driving up the costs of goods doesn't do me any good. Seeing you seethe with rage over seeing brown people brings me joy though

Driving up costs to have citizens do the jobs, fine by me. Those labor costs on those low levels really aren't that big of a deal on the end product you know..

If it's way more than "they're willing" and not able to pay then they can go out of business.

If you read your own link it says 80% of people surveyed want factories back in the us and "only" 25% think their lives would be improved by working in said factories. Since when did 25% become a "very small number"? I think someone got caught in a lie.

Youre assuming it would increase the price of meat. Realistically it would more than likely lower it because American workers would be more efficient than the foreigners they currently employ. Right now we're hiring 2 or 3 illegals instead of 1 American but it doesnt up production because it takes 2-3 illegals to match the output of 1 American in the same job.

Let's be real. You want open borders but dont want to be open about it. There is no benefit to bringing in these people so making it easier is a net evil and is tantamount to keeping thr border open.
