If in Europe, you'd get sued by whichever govt you used to make the fake signatures, and get anywhere from either hefty fines, or even 6 months to multiple years in prison, depending on the amplitude of the fraud.

Outside of it, it depends on how friendly the government is, but I assume the US will not have an issue allowing Europe to fine individual citizens for democratic interference.

Almost definitely a travel and business ban, though.

Some countries here don't require high amounts of verification on ID, so you could use them to sneak in votes

Many countries, however, use electronic ID with a certificate on it you use to authenticate and sign the petition, these countries are safe.

The likely safe countries (can be eID verified) are:
Austria
Belgium
Croatia
Cyprus
Czechia
Denmark
Estonia
France
Germany
Italy
Latvia
Liechtenstein
Lithuania
Luxembourg
Malta
Netherlands
Poland
Portugal
Slovakia
Slovenia
Spain
Sweden

Of these, these countries can sign without a direct document number (those with one would be classified as identity fraud):
Denmark
France
Germany
Luxemburg
Netherlands
Slovakia

So, if you want the absolute safest estimate, exclude these countries plus those with no eID:
Finland
Greece
Ireland

As of now (09:54 GMT+2), in the absolute worst possible case where every single vote for countries without eID or document number is fraudulent, it's about 389 920 votes.

For a more reasonable estimate of potential fraudulent votes, I'd say less than 100k.

I think there's a danger but you counter this by keeping pushing. Overwhelm them with so many actual signature that gayops cant stop it.

You are sort of right. You can fake a signature but only if you know the correct identification number of a person. But you can also use eID which you need an id card and pin codes for.

The system is weird cause the smallest the population the higher percentage need to vote for the country to pass the threshold.

Ticker's back up to hitting +9s/+11s, etc on 5 second updates. We're at a pace of nearly 2 per second right now. If we got one signature per second, that'd be 86,400 per day.

I'd love if we could stomp yesterday's record today.
 
Faking even the basic authentication would be very difficult, you need at bare minimum to match the personal ID number with a name, that isn't trivial information to obtain even for a single individual let alone having a database of entries to juke the signatures.
