Install Channel Blocker (even works in faggy Chrome post-ad-blocker-breakage) and just start blocking channels that regurgitate this shit. The more you do it, the better your YT experience gets. No sign-in required.

Also, because of the way it works (i.e. you can quickly/temporarily disable it to restore everything if you really need to), I find it very handy to also automatically blacklist *ALL* news channels of the "local FOX 5" and "ABC 10" variety when you see them (everyone should do this). When you go searching for something that news outlets, well, regurgitate endlessly about, your search results are always flooded with the same bullshit spoken by different talking heads. Once you've trained Channel Blocker how to ignore all those obnoxious local news feeds, searches take longer (because of how it operates) but they're FAR more relevant.

Anytime I search for airport freakouts (a favorite guilty pleasure), it's incredible watching spammy search results vanish one by one as the extension nukes them for me and Youtube's search spinner keeps spinning, churning through page after page of spam results until some useful hits finally appear. In a roundabout way I think it even trains the algorithm a bit since you're not engaging with the slop they're serving up, but scouring (albeit automatically) results for useful content and engaging with that instead.

I think things turned out beautifully. All of Mald's antics between his initial take-down of SKG to present day was instrumental in giving this hate-train some legs. His downfall would have been sooner, but shallower.

His youtube watchers tanked, hard. I've mentioned this before a few times but his Youtube streams are under 1000 live
viewers, compared to even last year where they were getting around 5-8k live viewers

I love that despite supposedly taking these safety measures, he still adds in that last jab to remind you of what a narsisist he is by saying if you get drugged because you left your cup alone it's your fault.
