The progress has been going steady since the start of the whole slopdrama and in total there have been around (probably more than by now) 150k signatures since then alone. Still expecting that momentum to slow down a bit over the next week or so but I think something people have discounted is how the closer to the end goal (not just end date like Ross suggests) the initiative gets, the more likely people will be to sign it. Once it gets to the 85%-90% completion, I guarantee some people who might have been holding off will want to sign if only so they can brag about being one of the last few to help push it over the finish line.

even the non-english speakers are getting in on it.
You know you fucked up when there's a universal language that brings nations together.
Its like Xcom except instead of Aliens its a stupid wannabe indie developer gay furry.

13K~ names are needed per day before according to to quick math 400,000 divided by 31.
Right now, it's 11968 signature per day (and the number will soon be surpassed twice today)

Good news, gang. Animus is almost 99% done again. He has been working on it every day for the last three years, but he hasn't been working on it because he's been dogpiled, but now he's working on it right now! Let me tell you what's going to happen after Animus which will never happen.

Also wasn't this shit supposed to be five chapters? Now suddenly the one after Animus is the end.

Fagliacci bonus, since we have a lot of tourists who don't understand the finer points of Animus development:
After a little digging I've figured out that Animus is going to release next month.
I hate this lil nigga like you wouldn't believe

One thing I did neglect to mention all this time is that the UK petition has also been gathering a lot of numbers!

Around the time that Ross uploaded his response to Mald (June 23), the petition had been sitting at just over 16,000 signatures, out of a minimum 100,000 needed for the petition to be considered for parliamentary debate.

Only 3 days later on June 26, the number of signatures quite literally doubled by the same time of day (8PM) as the earlier archive.

Now, at the time of writing, the petition is sitting at close to 42,000 signatures.

Furthermore, I also took a look at the signature map and spotted something which I found deeply amusing. Notice how over up in Scotland there's one particular constituency which is quite dense with signatories, that being Dundee Central.

Dundee is in fact the town/city where YoYo Games are headquartered, and as we all know, YYG are the developers of the GameMaker engine and IDE, which Mald himself just so happens to be using to develop ShartBound in.

:story:

(EDIT: I just quickly glossed over the map again, Dundee is in fact the most concentrated constituency in the UK so far for signatures on the SKG petition. God truly is the greatest comedian and I'm fucking cackling right now.)
