For the Christians? Well the "problem" with Christians in Israel is that since the Muslim invasion of 637 they have been a minority, and a shrinking one too (seriously look at Bethlehem, it's under palestinain authority control (aka Israel doesn't govern it) and the Christian population barely exists compared to when the Israelis did control it and Christians were around 50%). The problem is that the arab Christians of Israel are sorta like how the Jews are in the West. They are highly educated (their schools are some of the best in the country), very rich, with a high percentage of professionals (Doctors, lawyers, etc), they are excluded from the draft and only serve in the idf if they want to, but the problem is that they have few children and they can't street proselytize like in other nations.See in Israel public proselyization, and proselyization to minors (without parental consent) is illegal, you can convert with zero repercussions (unlike the rest of the middle east where it's illegal and you will be executed), but Jews aren't exactly flocking to Christianity, Muslims actually are, but they can't be public about it (because they will be murdered by members of their community even though that's against the law in Israel, but try doing a proper criminal investigation when your witnesses all say nothing happened and actively work against you). And if you're a Muslim trying to convert to Christianity in the west bank or gaza, good luck because there the Palestinian Authority government (which Israel doesn't control and has very little power over, especially for non security issues) will actively join the mob trying to kill you and formally label your death a suicide.
Also Israel was built to be a Jewish nation, in the same way Russia was built to promote Russian culture/identity or China for Chinese identity, etc etc. I think Christians will always be in Israel but I think for the good of Christiandom in the Middle East they should make their own nation where they will be protected from the Muslims trying to genocide them.
But to answer your question, unless the Christians start pumping out babies their numbers won't grow beyond natural growth. They have the social and political security which could definitely allow for them to safely have many kids but the Christians just don't want to have many.
