In fact, there's Telegram 900 in the NSC Special Committee Files at the LBJ Library in Austin, TX that has the groveling apology from the Israelis. Unfortunately, it has not been digitized (most government archival material has not been) and I do not live near Austin, or else I'd go to the library and photograph it just for you.
