I searched the citation to try and see what the $195 was for. The only thing it says is “1 program attendance”

This can probably mean a couple things. First, a payment for the public defender. Or two, he actually had to pay to attend something like an anger management course. Right? Am I missing any potential thing it could be?

Two problems -- first, no government or government-adjacent organization is qualified to teach such a class. Second, like everything else in his life, Patrick would fail at this.
