This could end up being an absolute disaster for Israel, if they actually tried a ground assault of Fordow.
Even if Israeli special forces had a map and full command of the base systems, it would be a suicide mission. There is no way that Israel is able to get and maintain command of the skies over Fordow such that Iranian reinforcments wouldn't get there in there. They would be one couch-cucking from complete disaster.
Not only that, but in an enclosed space like that, your troops would be nearlu as much of a danger to themselves as the enemy given what explosions in confined spaces can do.

No. All communications in Iran were shut down by US Electronic Warfare Aircraft ahead of or along with the B-2 strike. If Iran had the capability for that much jamming they would have been doing so for the past 2 weeks.

Is there a risk of Iranian sponsored terrorist attacks? Yes. But it is lower now that it has been in the past 25 years. Iran's non state proxy actors have been deeply degraded. Hezbolah is so weak the actual Lebanese Government is starting to consider wiping them out. Syria is lost. The Houthis have been begging to de-escalate after suffering a few US Carrier strikes. Hamas is currently hip deep in a war in Gaza that will end with their extinction. And the key thing is Iran can no longer pour millions of dollars into these proxies.
The Iranian Regime is in survival mode now. Their greatest threat comes not from Israel or the US, but from their own people. They've demonstrated complete weakness. That they are a paper tiger.
Nobody is putting boots on the ground or doing nation building in Iran. There is no reason to. (Except maybe China who will see an opening.)
The US has not shifted anywhere near enough forces for a ground assault on Iran. There is no will and no desire to invade Iran, and with Iran not sharing a land border with Israel, no need to even waste time hitting their conventional forces.
