I think it's the entropy in general. Any ideas that become mainstream will be watered down through the consciousness or subconsciousness of the mass that has the idea.

It's much easier being opposition government than governing and the same goes for being a pundit. It's so much easier to attack for mistakes than defend policy or hold the responsibility for positions.

If your ideas become mainstream though-then you have to accept the reality that you might no longer be needed. Normies with more charisma. Social heft and resources can actually say the things you say, and implement ideas you lacked the social capital, friends and connections to actually make happen.

The DR could easily “win” and you’d have people that loop around on “this is why having a 99.9999% ethnostate is Jewish”-people like this derive meaning and satisfaction from being opposed to society.

A really good example of this would be how Ann Coulter immediately switched from supporting Trump (to grift off of his supporters) to trying to undermine his support as soon as he actually got into office, since any progress he could make on reducing illegal immigration would directly threaten her immigration doomsayer grift.
