Found this Smash or Pass AI in the Tomlinson thread and holy shit... SUFFAH JOHMAS!
fuck no.webp
IBS is truly unfuckable confirmed. And this is me telling the AI to describe why it would/wouldn't fuck in full detail.

I think the upcoming nuke is related to financial irregularities of Creator Clash. Both Harley & the Boxing Coach hinted at knowing about possible financial shenanigans that went on in Creator Clash 2.

It'd explain why the Johmas fled to Canada - perhaps they're dodging process servers?

Sucks to suck that Canada has a pretty strong extradition treaty with the US.

I spoke too soon: Ethan just announced a new series on his Ethan Klein channel over the podcast break: reacting to every Content Cop video. Apparently he re-watched Jinx and was surprised at how much it sucked and was just a bunch of edgy bullshit:

"There was no jokes. My theory, seeing how unfunny and bad he is now, is maybe he was just never funny."

Apparently Dan, the main producer on his show, was a "day 1 iDubbbz hater" and might be participating. He also thought it was funny that Ian made a whole video about how react content is horrible and then fell in with a bunch of people who literally do nothing else, arguably just as bad or worse as Jinx.

He also literally doesn't know what Seandablack does. "Does he stream on Twitch?" no one knows.

I find it weird that Ian and Anisa were describing their trip to Edmonton as a move, Ian was talking about getting new passport pictures and they rented a moving van, but now Anisa is referring to it as a vacation?

My guess is that they were staying over at Maureen's and trying to house hunt, it didn't go well because Anisa is probably particular on dumb shit plus nothing being in their budget because Canada's housing market sucks and they're broke, and now they're heading back to Seattle until they can definitively move somewhere, but who knows.

I'm currently looking into extradition treaties between the US and Canada (source is the Organization of American States' website). There is approximately thirty crimes that can lead to extradition from the US to Canada or vice versa. The following are the most relevant if there were to be a criminal trial over it in the United States. Granted this is an outdated treaty from 1971, but it gives you an idea of the type of crimes the US and Canada will extradite people over. The 1971 Treaty would be superseded by a 1989 treaty between the US and Canada.
- 12. Obtaining property, money or valuable securities by false pretenses or by threat of force or by defrauding the public or any person by deceit or falsehood or other fraudulent means, whether such deceit or falsehood or any fraudulent means would or would not amount to a false pretense.

- 15. Receiving any money, valuable securities or other property knowing the same to have been unlawfully obtained.

- 16. Fraud by a banker, agent, or by a director or officer of any company.

Hypothetically if the Jomhas were to be criminally tried for any of these three crimes, Canada would be obligated to extradite the two. In my eyes, since Ian and Anisa took a large portion of the money from Creator Clash (34% from a supposed charity event) they are likely to have ticked the 12th crime listed in the original 1971 Extradition Treaty in the form of charity fraud (specifically the 12th crime listed). Even though it's been superseded by later treaties, it's still likely they'd be extradited back for financial crimes. Especially if their actions did potentially comprise of charity fraud.
