I just looked through MCRO with the case number: 73-CR-24-6910. I don't see Nick/Kayla's complaint.

I do know that Aaron mistakenly played a few minutes of our own @Sharpeteer's funny edit of the battle between Nick and the farmers here. It included some images of Kayla. He quickly turned it off. Nick noticed and tweeted about it, IIRC.

Aaron's also discussed broadly the polycule since the TRO, which I suppose, legally speaking, could infer Kayla but otherwise he's been pretty careful.

"More important shit going on"—i.e., sending a flood of texts and calls to Stearns County officials about every Aaron Imholte action that can be even mildly twisted or perceived as violating his release conditions, all as part of his ever-personal war against Aaron.

I remember a great post @Friend of Dorothy Parker made about Rekieta not being a competent (hu)man due to his inability to own his mistakes. But another clear sign of his incompetence as a (hu)man is his immaturity when it comes to picking battles.

A wise (hu)man doesn't jump into every fight they can—they choose the ones worth their time, energy, or chances of success. Rekieta, however, insists on waging war against anyone who so much as bruises his narc sense of self. That’s why he’s obsessively going after Imholte in every way imaginable, while also threatening to sue him, sue the government, sue Hardin and/or Josh.

And all of this while his plate is already full with a civil lawsuit against Montagraph, the terms of his criminal probation and the uphill battle of getting his life back on track. Even a competent and emotionally regulated (hu)man would struggle to manage that many battles. One can only hope he follows through with all of it—because watching him try to juggle those flaming swords would be a spectacle worth every bag of popcorn.

Rekieta isn't a competent (hu)man—and he's barely a man.
