5.7 patch notes:
Paimon and Keqinghas been recast

● Audio

Optimizes fade and transition sound effects when interacting with the "Sweet Dreams" furnishing.

Optimizes Ifa's "Hello" voice-over in Japanese.

Adds and replaces some of Kinich's English voice lines in content from previous versions. (Now, all of Kinich's voice lines have been replaced.)

Supplements some of Hu Tao and Venti's English voice lines in content from previous versions.

After Version 5.7 is updated, Keqing and Paimon's English VAs will be updated (this change only applies to new content in Version 5.7, historical content will be gradually updated in subsequent versions).

I just heard Paimon's original voice and holy hell, I'm sorry you guys had to play with that bitch screeching all the fucking time. New voice is still high pitched, but far more bearable, and even sounds cuter.

Another day, another Mane Bulletin. J was there to look pretty and I lost him on the 21st round.

And here I was just about to post that even after 40+ wishes, still no Skirk. Still took an obscene amount of wishes + losing guarantee for Escoffier but at this point I'll take what I can get. Now it's time to read the 6 paragraphs describing her E-skill.

We start with finding an item that's...a key to the spaceship? I must be high, because I could have sworn this is the first time they mention the siblings came aboard a spaceship. From what I remember in the opening, the siblings are flying through the sky before meeting the unknown God, when the hell did a spaceship come into the picture? Was that actually present or is it a translation error or something? I was a tard and didn't screenshot, if it was a translation error, it might be fixed soon.

Spaceship is a newly added lore thing and it just happens that the Traveler and Paimon acting like "well, that's normal".
But to summary, entire 5.7 Archon Quest is a time paradox. Both Aether and Lumine traveled to Teyvat through it. But,
the other twin sibling woke up first, lost memory and being Khaenriah's Savior for hundreds of years and slowly recovering their memory during that time. Despite recovering memory, the other sibling also gets attached to Khaenriah as "home".
It was the Khaenriah girl finds you and the key thanks to the time paradox, Istaroth - goddess of time. The twin sibling was supposed to defend Khaenriah but instead chose to wake you up and left together. Back to immediately at the start of the game, Heavenly Principle stops both siblings from actually leaving Teyvat.

Loom of Fate is now a tool to restore Khaenriah and its people. Just need a proper location and some more power to execute.
I like the overall idea and some answers, it just pains me on how much dragging on of this whole "End of journey" for years. Plot moves like once a year because everything has to be connected somewhat after solving a nation issue. Except Fontaine though.
I just find it's amusing somehow current WuWa Septimont storyline is also a kinda "time paradox"/alternate reality but both are happening at the same.

Edit: Genshin 5.8 Lunar electro charge (Nod-Krai moon specific elemental trigger) girl, Ineffa. There might be video leaks coming soon, I might edit this post again.

Hindsight is 20-20. I don't blame anyone for thinking Kentucky Fried Chicken Fuck was gonna carry the entirety of 3.x but it is fucking funny to look back at it now and see that he's effectively superfluous for everyone in 3.x except Aglaea and that might be rendered null and void depending on Cerydras kit.

Her detached sleeves are the least problem about her design. I'm more cringing myself at asymmetrical leggings. I don't have issue with detached sleeves.
Vivian detached sleeves are nonsense from clothing materials standpoint and body location. Sleeves are stuck on shoulders and armpits.

The new Paimon voice is gonna take some getting used to, but it’s still funny how Corina fucked up and lost possibly the easiest guaranteed gig she’d ever have.

Any VA’s that haven’t returned are probably shitting themselves - if they’ve replaced the “Voice of the Game” then none of these dipshits are safe, and I’m here for it.

Oh my god, hoyo really heard people complaining about natlan's technology and said "fuck you, here is robo maid waifu". Nodkrai is absolutely going to be full high futuristic tech and it will be either the best or worst thing ever.

She seems inspired by Aigis from persona 3 or a xenoblade robogirl but they made sure to give her human armpits and back exposed so she looks more like a cosplayer than robot, they couldn't even commit to it...

edit: This current web event is so bullshit. You see this roulette and htink wow GEMS but you can't actually get gems until your 10 spin and even then i only got 20. Literally false advertising.

nope but i usually never expected anything from them anyway.

The thing is, this roulette is actively rigged/lying to you. They it spin with the gem rewards on but the gems are not ever obtainable until the final tenth roll (it says so in the detailed information tab). Most people will probably not read the detailed info and think they got unlucky when in reality they never had a chance to get gems on 9/10 rolls.
