I drove by my local No Kings protest and it was about 40 white boomers with NPR donor physiognomy waving COVID-era IN THIS HOUSE WE BELIEVE signs at traffic. City of ~100,000 people, purple but leans blue. Womp womp.

I just drove by the one in the city nearest me. Huge turnout, but it looked like an entire sea of bored white people getting day drunk. Tons of tents from local breweries posted up, lol.

My local one started at 9 this morning and lasted for two hours.
They inconvenienced families going to the aquarium, but it was just a bunch of pasty white people, a few with small pride flags, who all looked more eager to be spending the rest of their Saturday doing something else.

Having two "traitor" democrats getting shot in the same state as Tim Walz. "No Kings" written over and over again in the car. On the same day is Trump's birthday and military parade. Defiantly weird.
