I'm of two minds on this.

On the one hand, you can certainly argue that the right thing for her to do would be to just be thankful she got 2,000 live views and some decent money. Which, let's be real, she probably won't ever see again anytime soon. She also displayed some pretty big technical incompetence. I don't think this is really gonna hurt her that much, in the long run, because there's not much to hurt. She has a small low audience show. Plus, everybody has a bad show now and again.

On the other hand, she's not wrong that was a complete dogshit stream, and that it's predominately Gabe's fault because he just didn't bring the content like he promised. I also think that the presumption he did it for her exclusive benefit was and is vastly overstated (I myself am guilty of thinking this, at first). It certainly seemed like he shopped this around before landing with her. He wanted to do this for as much himself as anything. I also think he might have misrepresented to her what he had.

All you have to do is read pages 1 though 12. It's not that long or complicated. 13 onwards are the exhibits explained on pages 1-12.

Basically, Hardin did everything to get a copy of the bodycam footage that was submitted to the court, and entered into the court's electronic database (which is why people could go to the courthouse to view it), before Nick's attorney and the CA conspired to have the record changed at the 11th hour to now claim it wasn't. Accordingly, Hardin calls shenanigans and is suing.
 
Obviously Nick mentioning the assault on his son was way overplaying his hand for literally no reason. But I think he may have been subconciously trying to deflect accusations of him being a weak, twiggy man by making him seem strong and powerful in recalling him slamming...his own son.

It’s called KeanuCast and she is bitching that he sent her tons of emails beforehand, with links and images that would be forming the body of his “investigation.” She literally doesn’t realize that this was all within her control and she refuses to own her part in not running her own show. She deserves all the shit she gets.

And yes she made $900, more than she ever has or ever will again.

Andrew Branca did a cameo tonight. He and Nick discussed the Karen Read trail and possible candidates for future trail coverage. Courtney Clenney is Nick's favorite. He did mention that he literally has never watched any Only Fans content, but he knows some friends that are on it. They make tons of money, more money than YouTube.
