No it’s real legal advice, but the point of it is more about being sued civilly if someone you defend yourself from survives

Defense covers whether you’re going to jail, but the dude can be like “ah it hurts and I don’t want to work anymore” and a civil trial can go completely in a different direction

The rule of thumb is "fire until the threat is stopped". Only you can be the judge of that specific situation.

I can see mag dumps being reasonable under certain circumstances. I'd strongly advise against continuing your magdump when they're on the ground and immobile.

I believe the point of developing a business is to have it be successful enough that you can either sell it for a hefty payload or hire managers who do most or all the work for you while you reap most of the benefits and live like the proper bourgeoisie. It takes a lot of skill, hard work, determination, luck, and nepotism/daddy's trust fund in a lot of cases to get to that point, which is why becoming an entrepreneur isn't a ticket to becoming rich and why it wouldn't be viable for most people. The truth is, if you are a middle/working class person, the cards are stacked against you in trying to become part of the bourgeoisie. Only so many people can be at the top, after all.
