That's the thing. They must have really never been in a situation where they learned that the hard way, you know?
Put in a crowd, they aren't going to be able to tell the "good ones" from anyone else.

It's like the whole "All white people are racist" thing. If you put Cletus the nigger-hanger in the same category as Shannon the soccer mom, why would I ever trust you to recognize the "good ones" when the chips are down?

I have family in LA and I have a lot of fond memories of visiting them and going to Little Tokyo. I didn't start out wanting to join a right-wing death squad, but they are making it a pretty appealing choice.

You don't need artillery, just drone strikes. Whatever the cartel can think of against the US, I can guarantee the Taliban and AQ already done it.

The cartels have no public loyalty and have struggled fighting against even the Mexican Army, even losing ground to them over the years. The Le Hardcore Zetas were dismantled by them. You're giving them too much credit.
The sole reason it hasn't become a cascade of cartel decline is because the US is dedicating the war effort to Ukraine and not Mexico.

There's already an infiltration, several depending on how you want to measure it. Cartels have people and bribed types in several bases, to include the home of Delta Force. Anyone with a Chinese background can and probably will be called upon. We're on A&N and while I shouldn't have to mention Israel, fucking Israel. Those are just the known ones, God knows how many others are out there as well.

Lmao. Not even chest seals. They're relying on FF/EMS to save the patient and just play pretend LARP medic for hurt feelings and scrapes, and be mobile enough run away when the cops come.

Most military medics are EMT-A (Paramedic) level. I doubt these guys have ALS training.
Let's go through what standard paramedics can (depending on situation) bring with them:

  1. Jump bag (BLS with O2): ~30 lbs, basic stuff like bandages, shears, O2 tank (weapon of last resort), burn kit, OBGYN stuff (not always), sterile water, PPE.
  2. Trauma bag (for major trauma and GSWs): Blankets, hemostatic bandages, quick clot, chest seals, splints, gauze, cravats, tourney, pressure bandage, more PPE
  3. Airway bag: Laryngoscope and entotrachyal kit, mirrors, PPE
  4. Medicine bag: Useually perscription meds, IO/needles usually on ambu but in this case you'd take them with you (pain in the ass to get needles legally but we give em to junkies 10/10 Congress moment), more PPE (gloves). Usually only for EMT-A and up.
  5. Burn bag: Mainly sterile dressing, irrigation, eyewash pods, burn gel. More PPE
  6. Pedatric bag: Not required in this scenario, PPE
  7. Vitals bag: EKG (Can double as a shield at times), b/p cuff, glucometer etc. Can be used as a blunt weapon of last resort/defensive shield, heavy as fuck.
  8. Ceramic plates cause retards like to shoot at us in these events.
If you're expecting to actually stabilize in the field while fighting, you could probably build a special bag to mix and match 1,2,3,4,5. Plates for when some retard nignog friendly fires your ass. Might as well add a rope with noose to drag people. I doubt everyone has a drag strap on the back on the back their shirt/vest.

tl;dr: Enjoy getting malpracticed, rioting child.
