Fighting the voteless hordes in Helldivers 2 with its' realistic ballistics model has taught me that sweeping 7.62mm machinegun fire at leg level is highly effective at halting a charging crowd. Doesn't kill them immediately for the most part but they aren't going going anywhere fast. I would recommend it.

The ticket money doesnt go to the cops departments except in small cities who are the worst about setting traps to fine people because they have a direct incentive to be shitheads.

Most places it goes to the general fund. Which pays for "dem programs" for niggers and illegals. This is why cops in bigger cities often give no fucks once they finish their soft quota for the month.

There is this weird ball washing of the police and military. The reality is the current police in many areas wont protect you. They wont investigate any crimes against you if its not already on camera. Its official policy not to protect you. They will punish you if you protect yourself from a nigger though. They will brutally enforce Judge Shekelsteins orders to take your property though. Most poloce departments have had multiple generations of DEI utterly infested with Shaniquas and niggers snd corrupt to their core. The few white people left have to be on eggshells for good boy points and wont help you. Its so pozzed a white police chief wont back up deputies in Georgia when they find trash to deport.

As far as the military goes, they are subject to harsh globohomo and Dei programming. Its a glowie farm. You are 1000 times more likely to get shot by Sgt Ramirez for not giving up all your property for reparations than Pvt Vlad from Russia. The most benefit the American military gives to you is propping up the American dollar so your money is worth shit. Dont put them on a pedestal either. The last win they had was "Iraq" and jesus christ if thats what a win looks like.

I mean in a civilized democracy this is usually how it's done as opposed to agents of the state deciding for themselves they need more funding and will go out and impose those needs on members of the community without anyone else getting a say.

Here's a question, if the services need to be expanded that implies the population is also expanding which means the tax base would also be expanding, so why would new taxes need to be raised at all when the new tax base would be contributing to the funds?

Do you even think about the arguments you make in your rush to suck bandit cock?
 
You know it’s funny, if the la riots were happening to any other country, let’s say if china had a riot over deporting illegal Indians into their country. The Chinese would just send in the actual main military and give them permission to shoot any protester.

I'm not joking when I say that they form literal rackets. Fines being used by courts as punishment is fine but fines being directly issued by cops on the spot leaves it open for flagrant abuse and racketeering. If a cop can pull you over and say "you owe 400 dollars" it's your word against his, he can just steal from you, and they often do.

Departments and governments will use their police as highwayman bandits to bring in money. It would actually be better to be mugged, at least then you can shoot the guy and he can only steal what's on you instead of being pursued and punished by the entire U.S government because you didn't fork over your money to some high school educated hall monitor with qualified immunity.

They can kill a bajillion drug addicts and Niggers and I don't care but I get genuinely tilted at state backed highwaymen.

Every small town that sits on a major highway will have a bloated police department who's job is to fish for money. I hate them more than I do Indian scam callers.
