Fluoride in water supply does improve public health - mostly by bringing up the lowest common denominator of person who is never going to brush their teeth anyways.

The only country in the EU that flouridates its water in a significant capacity is Ireland. Fatrick is merely following the ways of his people, putting the goychemical in the water and turning people into pepperoni like the ancient Irish did. The rest of the EU either never flouridated their water, or they experimented with it for a short while before stopping the practice.
