but for some reason the edges of the pocket they created when placing the implant remain visible even after their removal. visible edges is kinda common with subglandular implants but oddly enough that didn't seem to be a problem while the implants were in judging by the grooby stuff from a decade ago so i'm not even sure they were subglandular. if they were mine i'd go in for a revision because something isn't right

It's hard to say for sure without an investigation I would absolutely want no part of, but I wonder if it could have anything to do with Luke having the bolt-ons done as soon as he turned 18 while also becoming a eunuch while also going on HRT while also being a fucking man.
