I think a lot of Nick's anger about the requests for bodycam footage stems from the fact it places him in this lose-lose position. On one hand, if the footage is made public, people will see the state of his house, his pathetic arguments with the police and how badly he neglected his kids. That's obviously something that would be very humiliating for him. But on the other hand, his obstinance towards not wanting it to be public draws far more attention to it and has galvanised an entire community of people eagerly awaiting and supporting legal motions that publicise something that most people would've probably forgotten about if it had been released a year ago. It's also probably very frustrating for him because he's a narcissist who likes to control narratives, which means he really hates those second hand accounts of what the footage was from K and others but he's also can't release the footage to "exonerate" himself.

i won't say it's 100% accurate, but i have been playing around with it all afternoon and i think it's biased to calling things real, because every time it's gotten it wrong (3 times out of I'd say 30-40 photos for me) it's by calling an AI generated photo real and never calling a real photo AI.

would it be admissible in court? no, but it's consistent enough for me to believe it when it says something in the photo is AI.

I think people are way over thinking the AI thing. He can't plan shit out like that. And if he did he would have had the photos stacked up ready to go on his PC.

While fumbling around he said the photos where on his PHONE and he was trying to get them to his PC. Why wouldn't they already be on his PC with all his other court stuff?
I think someone hit the nail on the head by saying the clean photos are the photos he took, on his phone, when applying to get his kids back. After the house was cleaned. He fumbled around to shuffle those in with the few real raid day photos with the messy junkie looking living room and the shitfloor/cop photo to try and validate all the photos. These photos where clearly not all in the same folder ready to go, if they where he could have just showed them one after the next.

people noted that the images were sent via signal. i'm pretty sure that almost everything has wiped EXIF data when you send images since the early 2010s because people were ripping GPS coordinates from facebook posts and shit.

edit: maybe it wast just location data. it's been a long time since 4chan sleuthing people's shit by checking exif data on uploads. maybe resolution and time still stay. that's how a lot of anons used to get dox'd when they got a little brave with personal photos.
