Both the modafinil and adderall prescription are, according to Nicholas, for his narcolepsy, modafinil while not considered to be on the same level as adderall can still be abused by taking higher doses to get a coke/amphetamine-like high.
From his previous habits we can assume he saves up his adderall, crushing and snorting it on top of the modafinil which likely has him on a pretty decent high. He is probably getting tested on a regular schedule or has insider info thanks to family connections on when tests occur and times his drug binges to some extent so that his test levels still appear within prescription ranges and uses more nitrous to tide him over when he has to abstain from the pills.
Modafinil causes blackouts and shit if you drink with it.
He could be abusing adderall, but I made a post earlier in the thread disputing that:

Just as a point to raise. 10mg of adderall per day, even if you abused the fuck out of it and gobbled it all up really isn't going to tip the scales that much. I see a lot of people here blabbing on and on about how he must be...
He simply isn't prescribed enough (at least based on what is known that he gets 10mg per day) to have an extensive "fun time" unless he is super sensitive to it (which I guess is possible).
Adderall is a really strange drug and if you read on reddit and other places a non-unsubstantial number of men fall into the trap of porn/jerking off for 20 hours straight. So I do question if he's just getting a high from the adderall/modafinil combo that keeps him awake or he's jerking off for hours on end (its definitely a possibility - especially if he's combining modafinil and galaxy gas with it)
Some psychiatrists prescribe "downers" (valium, xanax etc) alongside adderall which is basically a speedball combo:

I haven't heard anyone say he takes "downers" but who knows, galaxy gas probably has that effect and it maybe gives him way more euphoria than his small dose of adderall does. If he's really abusing adderall then it would show with him losing weight and appearing tired/agitated all the time - which he does anyway. He doesn't appear to me like he has even reached the point where he has meaningfully recovered from his giant cocaine binge.
When I had an adderall prescription and started abusing it I started by doing hyper productive work and taking more and more and eventually fell into the jerking off for 20 hours straight trap - it sounds funny and it kind of is in hindsight but it was seriously troubling and ended up being a trap that is hard to escape from because if you tell your doctor you're abusing it then they will stop the prescription entirely. I mean the orgasms were great, the euphoria was great but I do honestly believe that adderall is a seriously dangerous medication and I honestly believe like that a good proportion of people abuse it and are trapped in a vicious cycle.
The only thing is that his adderall prescription is tiny. You may be right that he saves it up to abuse it but I think you'd be able to tell from his mannerisms.
He doesn't look like he's hyper productive or even that alert on his streams. Maybe he is abusing adderall to just stay awake longer and has never actually taken tons of the shit to get the euphoria side effects.
