I feel like this type of case is the thing that all sides can get behind to back regardless of what opinion they might have about you/the site.

The lawyers are working pro bo no and are handling the current appeal. They are mandatorily awarded their fair fees if they prevail.

Given that Hardin wrote an appeal to the American Supreme Court, I think he and others can handle the Minnesota Court.
