Brad Carter of the Phone Losers of America podcast was subject to an FBI raid and Federal charges over logging into the customer complaint database of a grocery store chain with a login freely given to him by an employee in order to troll customers with prank phone calls on his show. He was given a felony and probation over it. I would hope that whatever happens to Nick is equal or worse than that.

So no one really cares about the attempted homicide of baby mama when he has 7 homicides and 60 some other counts of attempted homicide.

I believe his always drank, but the drugs came in (personal speculation) from the Dick Masterson fan events. I think it was much more controlled and occasional then, but when he started making money in the Vic case, Rittenhouse, or Depp, he ended up getting a local connection.
