I doubt it. to them, Ethan and hila are acceptable targets, nothing they say or do has any real value to them, because they've been deemed as XYZ bad thing and any action against them is justifiable as a result. Not sure what you see a class action for. Ticketmasters dropping auto-refunds, so unless that fails to come through the ticketholders have been made whole. The event never offered any warranty for travel, accomodation, etc, they just sold tickets. If you're stuck with non-refundable flights or deposits, sucks to be you, but the event never mandated any of that or profited off of any of that. If the part where it said "We'll be processing refunds as soon as we got the money back from the event organizers" ends up as "they didn't give us the money back so we can't refund you" then its more likely that Ticketmaster refunds them out of pocket themselves, and CC3 gets absolutely annihilated in court by Ticketmaster for fucking them over.

And the fighters wouldn't go Class Action, they're not an uncoordinated general group. If they wanted to sue as a collective, they could just go do that normally and file together.

I always see them doing this, avoiding and cutting sponsors over petty bullshit. Then they cry how they are broke and need more money from their audiences.
