The accounts of how open the sex shit was in front of the kids also really makes my skin crawl given his obsession with American Beauty and him expressing being more open with kids about sex roughly a year ago.

It seems like Nick still has no shame for any of this. He really put having fun while high and getting into a cuck relationship above any concern for his kids. Nick's victory lap is flabbergasting.. At the very best today was a phyrrhic victory, and after confirming the second hand accounts I don't see how it can even really be called a tactical victory but a strategic defeat, he just lost.

If Josh is going to court anyway he can ask for all the videos under the public controversy reason, and I think he'll get them. Personally I think this is why the daughter's hair tested positive for cocaine. To me it seems more logical that she was at one point laying in bed cuddling her mom with her head inadvertently on the coke pillow than it does that she actually took cocaine.

There’s just no fucking way a pillowcase with coke is enough to spike her test result to the level of a weekend user. The test only works for cocaine metabolites, which requires cocaine to be ingested and broken down by the body. These metabolites are stored in the hair. It does not happen from contact. They wash the hair strands before testing anyway.
