Just to be clear, he is trying to own it and hope the core "fanbase" he has just gets over it like with Destiny and the sexual harassment charges. The difference with it is that destiny has more than about 2 dozens of people watching him (riches in niches and all that, in this case being the leftist niche) and he is less likely to get the "huge" numbers DSP gets out of dents and haters (in this case the niche being a "high functioning" person that is constantly acknowledging hater points and has just enough iq to talk to them in a understandable and consistent basis and try to reason against them).

No rackets, you are not DSP and you are not Destiny. There is only enough investment in the internet for 1 of both. It's over.

Yeah Nick. This reads as:

"My attorney and I entered the body camera footage into evidence months ago but we had our fingers crossed at the time and by the rules of double-secret probation we deserve a do-over on that. So Mr. Judge please pretend that we never actually entered that footage into the evidence system and rewrite all of the court records to be as if it never happened. Not a strong argument to bring into the higher courts. And you know alot about bringing weak arguments into the court of appeals don't you Nick.

Some thoughts regarding Nick's skeletal stature. Old people might remember it was a common meme in the early 2000s for guys to say they want to be "jacked like Brad Pitt in Fight Club".

It's easy to see why. Pitt is a handsome guy, and his Tyler Durden is an iconic charismatic bad boy, the kind of embodiment of CHAOS that Nick clearly aspires to.

As far as his physique goes, though, lighting, camera angles and other cinema tricks did a lot of the lifting. In reality Pitt was closer to "scrawny" than "jacked", with really low body weight and fat percentage.

So maybe that's sort of the look Nick is going for, without realizing that it looks more sickly than cool in real life. Compounded by his lack of any weight training or physical activity in general.

It's also clear he has some kind of broader mental issues related to body weight.

I'm not qualified to diagnose his exact malfunction, but when I saw this picture, I found it rather telling that his coke whore wife, mother of five, clearly knows she needs to weirdly suck in her gut while getting a picture taken with Nick, lest she be subjected to sarcastic remarks.

He's not going to be able to renege on his plea deal. He's locked into it. He could appeal, but Judge Wentzel made clear at his plea hearing it is highly unlikely he would ever succeed.

Given that there are two lawyers willing to work pro bono to acquire the footage, I’m willing to bet there’s a good chance it can be released (especially when members of the public have already seen it). Maybe the ruling this morning changes the calculus, but only time will tell.

Those women came in clutch though. If Rekieta got all of this done just one or two days earlier, we would’ve been left out in the cold for months, and possibly forever. But now everyone has a pretty good idea of what happened.
