I can’t think of a rumour or accusation so far that hasn’t been proven true or eventually admitted to by Nick.

I think this too is only a matter of time, and few at this point believe his denials. Admitting the footage description is “accurate” busts about 10 lies just like that.

If the judge was able to read the motion and view the exhibits once they were filed in MNDES I'd say that counts as being presented as evidence.

If ultimately Null wins and higher courts force the release of his bodycam footage. Does Crackets actually kill himself? This is seemingly the last “victory” he can cling to as his life has already crumbled around him. The only thing he will have left are his deteriorating marriage and kids (both of which he hates and resents).
 
Ah, i get it now. This is the chapter where Nick felts himself impossibly hard before we even actually get the bodycam, because he's going to admit to everything in a moment of blinding pride and arrogance.
