She is known only by the name "Momma K." No further information about her identity is available. Her previous accounts have been widely regarded as accurate and trustworthy.

It is reasonable to assume that her latest commentary maintains the same standard and can be considered a reliable source.

I would also like to remind everyone that K has hinted she didn’t have a great childhood. When she first started, she seemed to have a great deal of anxiety about doing the court visits and reporting back to the Internet. Rekieta, likely after learning of those fears, confronted her at the courthouse while she was waiting for his proceeding. He even tried to gaslight her suggesting she was projecting her own childhood trauma onto his children. She respectfully asserted that was not the case and his kids were being harmed whether he knew it or not. Obviously, Nick was unreceptive. While Rekieta probably sees her as some sort of enemy, I believe she only really got involved to improve her self-confidence. She does not come across as a vindictive person. In fact, I would hazard a guess that all she really wants is for Nick to face facts and get his shit together. There’s absolutely no evidence to indicate she has any personal vendetta against Rackets. She seems like a very normal and nice lady.

I just wanted to put this out there preemptively before Nick tries to imply that they have some sort of history, and she wants revenge.

I guess one way to handle this would seem to be to have the people who saw the footage swear an affidavit regarding their summaries being a true and honest evaluation of the footage they saw. If Nick continued to say that the summaries are false, he would open himself up to a potential civil suit for defamation. Any declaration by him after the sworn affidavits are made available to the public at large would be tantamount to saying that the individuals that swore the affidavit did so under false pretense, and I can't see why that wouldn't be actionable in a civil proceeding. Then the footage could be entered into evidence to demonstrate that Nick knowingly defamed the individuals in question despite knowing that the summaries they provided were true and honest and the sworn affidavit was not done under false pretense.

I thought the same thing a while back in regards to MNPublicRecords and anybody going off what they revealed.
