Except Bob was busy with work (rather than being in the delta quadrant), and Celeste had a job. And Nick and his sister went to school. It's like Nick took the worst lessons possible from his parents and ramped it up to 11 to raise his family.

My only experience with FOIAs is with federal contracts so I have no experience with this, but for anyone that does could Nick's intervention on the county's behalf be FOIA'd? I'd be interested to see what description that he used for the forums.

From what I've read in the statutes the destruction and preservation of government documents and materials in Minnesota, including local ones, is overseen by a panel of state-level officials and local officials don't have the authority on their own to just destroy whatever the want without the state's approval. That doesn't mean that corrupt local officials can't still just ignore all that and delete stuff anyway though.

The public did know about that's why you had to write your name & come down to court case to see the evidence.
The right that not allowed to happen is Internet or internet know info &/or be involved in your business. (He is youtube promoter/personallity-making money off xyz)

We get to watch it from a distance. A true nightmare is losing hundreds of thousands of your own shekels due to a guy like Nick and his shitty lawyer recommendations like Beard. I feel for Vic like I feel for Nick's family, he abused them both.
 
The question that I ask myself is - is there anything left of Rekieta? Is it only a demon or the addiction that's left? Does anybody here have experience dealing with addicts?

The media has a much bigger interest in stories involving officials illegally withholding public records than they do a minor e-celeb junkie nobody outside of KF has ever heard of.

I genuinely believe that his parents (who hosted Nick's mistress at that house, wrote letters to the court lying and saying that Nick is a responsible parent that feels remorse, and helped Nick clean his hoarder hell house so he wouldn't face consequences) are just getting fake prescriptions and then giving them to Nick to abuse

Without power leveling, sometimes if a parent feels responsible for their kid's decline into drug addicted degeneracy, they'll move mountains to protect them from the consequences of their own actions at the expense of themselves and everyone around them.
 
So they were 100% cooking and smoking crack. That's what I'm getting from these notes.
Cook spoons but no needles, meth pipes, random white powders (possibly baking soda)?
I'd be more shocked to find out they weren't smoking crack after hearing about the stuff found and the state of the house...

If they're willing to personally go to the courthouse to block the bodycam footage from being released then I doubt they're going to actually prosecute Nick and they also probably don't care about any procedure that'll keep the bodycam from being deleted
