A silver lining to the footage not being released is Nick will really start his fade into obscurity. Think of all the coverage he would get if it was released.

I guess that's going to be a nice teaser for the full release. So what if it's not 3 people, it looks like it's still going to cover almost the entirely of the footage, and the salient points will certainly come through well enough.

One would hope so, but remember: the only reason MInnesota isn't considered the most corrupt state in the Midwest is because that region includes both Wisconsin and Illinois.
 
I heard a credible rumor that Nick called Montegraph a pedophile during his arrest. Maybe an attorney in his defamation case can subpoena the bodycam footage to confirm it.
 
What's the odds that they move at light speed to delete the body cam footage since it's conveniently "no longer" "evidence"?

There is an obvious necessity for an order to preserve this footage as the evidence that it very obviously is in any action moving forward, because I wouldn't put it past them to destroy evidence.
 
I suspect the more everyone pushes back, the more likely nothing is going to be released. If you consider it from their perspective, if people on here start sharing information on those involved in blocking the release, the more it looks like that this is an activity which is based on reasons which are not aligned with the purpose of what 'public interest' stands for.

It will convey what's important while still not pretending to be actual bodycam with all the details. It will excuse small incosistencies, etc. It will be a little bit more suggestive than literal.
