There are some theories in this thread about Mr. Jomha being a psychopath just moving with the tides but ultimately for that to be true he would have to at least follow the money to some extent. His continuous failure makes it seem more like he is legitimately following a path with convictions.

Tbh him killing himself is a likely prediction at this point. I don't think he will live long enough to see CC3. There's no recovering from this he's ruined
