How can a federal judge block a fucking tariff. What in the fuck.
IIRC, setting tariffs are under the responsibility of Congress, but they delegated special emergency powers to the executive branch so POTUS can change and introduce tariffs quickly in response to sudden economic threats to the US. Trump is using those powers to drastically adjust our tariffs which the judge is ruling that Trump is overstepping his power given to him by Congress dispite Congress not really having that big of a problem with it.

Nigger, archive your links.

illegal alien gangbangers from El Salvador have representation in the US Congress, even when American citizens don’t. Senator Chris Van Hollen’s stunt of traveling on the taxpayer's dime to smooch the buttocks

of Kilmar Abrego Garcia so enhanced his esteem among neoliberals that Rep. Glenn Ivey (D-MD) has tried to copy it. Sadly, he could not get a date with Kilmar:

Reps Maxwell Frost (D-FL), Robert Garcia (D-CA), Yassamin Ansari (D-AZ), and Maxine Dexter (D-OR) also made a pilgrimage to El Salvador to pay homage to the gangbanger..

To get an idea of the kind of lowlife Democrats adore and have been importing to displace Americans, consider Ricardo Gonzalez Leon:

Sure enough, Glenn Ivey and his fellow Democrat neo-colonialists have been making threats towards El Salvador for rejecting their niggered, globohomo ideology:

Not only that, it interferes with and weakens America's position in ongoing negotiations; which is the exact thing Rubio was complaining about earlier this week.
So fucking dumb, if this stand and I pray it dosent, it effectively makes our economic foreign policy governed by committee

>The Manhattan-based Court of International Trade has blocked President Trump's proposed "Liberation Day" tariffs.
International Court: Be International Organization

International Court: See tariffs that hurt international interests

International Court: THIS IS ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!! HOW DARE U DEFY THE POWER OF THE JUSTICE!!!

US trade court rules Trump overstepped his authority with global tariffs.

A US federal court has ruled that President Donald Trump overstepped his authority by imposing global tariffs, in a major blow to a key part of his economic policies.
Uh.....Then who has the authority to implement foreign tariffs? Cause it ain't Congress. Congress can't do that. That's never been a Congress thing. They outsourced that decades ago. So uh.....

This is Anthony Bernal, Biden's superior according to David Hogg.

Here's him with Jill Biden

His wikipedia page seems rather small compared to the amount of power he had.

And he has a Linkin page to boot.

I wonder what kind of strange rabbit holes would await if someone was to look into this Anthony Bernal fellow? I'm not saying David Hogg is being honest but I got a feeling there is more than meets the eye here.

I await the Trump primetime speech where he says I have tried to be reasonable but the faggots in black robes act like they are the wise village elder but are just closeted pedophiles who gaslight to feign importance, they will be sent to El Salvador and elite objective AI bots mapped from Barron Trump's brain will be the new judiciary.

The gamble (I think) is that the courts are burning their legitimacy in hopes that Trump makes a move against the courts before the larger public gives up on the courts. Then they can say their moves were not only justified, but also point to Trump and call him a dictator more convincingly.

I can't wait for Trump to ignore the tariff ruling, the supreme court sides with him AGAIN, and these judges find some other bogus to try and block. We've been through this half a dozen times now I feel like.

Technically speaking and in no way advocating or ever wishing such a thing would happen, but technically speaking if someone decided to impeach the judges in the most srsbzns sense of the word, couldn't Trump just pardon the person who did it, because it would be a federal issue and thus covered under pardon?

And these retards are making it their mission to personally continue driving the country to shit while their target is still in a position of power?

Lol, lmao

All they're doing is trying to buy time until the midterms when they can ride a wave into congress and impeach, impeach, impeach.

IIRC the courts DO have oversight in the language that handed the tarrif power from congress to Executive, but what's happening here is unprecedented. They didn't nuke all of them, but they nuked the important ones. Unless Trump goes Jackson mode or SCOTUS does something, it's really up to Congress to clarify, since it's their power at the end of it

So judges are basically Gods? There's seemingly no limits to their powers nor is there an easy way to remove bad actors.

How can a country function like this?

But Congress works at the speed of Congress. These tarrifs were part of a larger play on the world stage to renegotiate with other countries and there for are pretty time sensitive.
