Maybe I'm cynical but I view these 'he saved my life!' type of comments in the same light as the 'my veteran grandfather died from boneitis' superchats, just people fishing for attention the only way they know how. I'm about as tall as PPP but not so fat I can't get out of my chair, and my wife is really small. One of my kids is huge and the other one is practically microscopic. If it was all genetics I'd expect some variance between the kids instead of them looking uniformly stunted.
