How is it he looks way worse than the height of his cocaine abuse?
As bad as cocaine is, unless you're at absolute rock bottom, it at least keeps you conscious and active enough you can take care of yourself to some degree. Some cokeheads and methheads actually get obsessive about grooming and cleaning (obviously this isn't Nick). With his constant nitrous use (and maybe worse stuff like duster now), he's probably incapable of basic human functions. If he can't even cope with an argument without constantly huffing to the point he comes back a deep voiced gibbering idiot who can't get through a sentence, imagine what he's doing offscreen.
The bodycam footage is more than likely to disappoint because many people have totally unrealistic expectations about it.
I just expect it to corroborate what the police said and what Nick has been lying about.

There's also his position as trustee of another family trust, also long suspected to be a do-nothing job just to pay him a "salary" of some sort.
Are you talking about the family charitable foundation? Nick was listed as an unpaid director for 2019 and I believe that's the only year he was. It seems they rotated the grandchildren in and out of director roles as his sister/half-sister/whatever was an unpaid director the previous year.

It's always seemed most likely that the Nevada LLC formed by his mother with her and Nick's initials has been a cut-out from which to pass through money to Nick. LLCs are alternatives to family trusts, and he loves to say that he doesn't have a trust so much that it may be one of those "technically true" things.

Another Keanu chat. It got deleted from what I can tell.
Honestly, respect. That's about 32 seconds longer in the ring than Andy Warski managed.

- Everyone here has been waiting for more than a year for the bodycam so I do think the messiness of the house grew in everyone's imagination a bit, people watch hoarders on YT, put hoarders homes in memes, etc. In the end it's not like the house was condemned, Nick's mummy and daddy had to clean it up.
Nick repeatedly implied that Kayla was a hoarder.

I have long suspected that the "Robert Lord Family Trust" is a fictitiously named trust created by Nick himself and he may be the sole trustee. If he has sole control over it, and/or fucked it up creating it, it could probably be unwound.
The claim was that it was made for privacy reasons only for the house.

Took a quick peek at Rekieta today, and was met with him regaling about the good old days.

. It had to be pretty bad though for a policeman to comment - even in rural Minnesota they regularly intervene in domestic abuse cases, etc. There's no way they would be phased just by some floordrobe and dirty dishes in the sink. That supports @Gator_Aids point about disgusting or making normies mad. Many will have the same reaction as the cop.
Exactly, cops are regularly privy to homes and trailers that put the worst episodes of hoarders to shame, so it takes a decent amount of filth for a house to be worthy of any remarks on that front.

I think people are potentially missing a HUGE element to the bodycam footage. Those more knowledgeable than me, please correct me if I’m wrong but wouldn’t the bodycam include the individual interviews done with Nick, Our Wife and Ape at the jail?

If this is the case, we get footage of Nick, in jail, being up against the wall being asked point blank questions by the cops.

Nick knows that we will be able to identify any and all the lies that they might have told during the interview and be able to support with evidence.

If this is correct, that’s going to be the best / worst part of this footage. Nick in the principals office telling lies.

The bodycam footage is more than likely to disappoint because many people have totally unrealistic expectations about it. People are going to see a dirty house from a distance. They will see a bunch of dumb people talking to police officers ala an episode of COPS. There is potential in some of the interviews done at the scene. In particular of Nick talking to the police which could be interesting. But I'm not expecting much personally.
Idc whats in it. Just because it makes nick mad that KF will get it is funny

It will be completely at the discretion of the Police Department, we might get a blurry dashcam from the police car outside the house, we might get clips of the bodycams to protect the privacy of people other than nick/kayla/april, we might get hours and hours of individual bodycams with unredacted recordings from the interview rooms.
Fortunately for us, Nick Rekieta is such an idiot, his repeated claims of police malpractice have built a solid case for the full release of all recordings to protect the reputation of the police with the general public. :optimistic:

Now I’m just so excited to see Nick angrily trying to do his best to stare down a detective and failing miserably at it.

Kayla's parents, you know the ones that took care of Nick's children while Nick's parents were taking care of their child.... fuck them and no apologies to them. Human garbage.

Wonder wtf they did, told the kids that drugs are bad, mkay? Did house work without yelling at them and each other? Drove them around and not make it sound like it's a monumental task? Scolded them for neglecting their personal hygiene? Told the CPU that Rekieta's house is a bad place for kids?

:really: I can't wait for their mother to leave me so I can talk about HER fucking garbage evil family to you guys. Hopefully soon... :drink:

The bodycam itself is not really what’ll be entertaining, but the fallout of Nick trying to spin new narratives and being caught on lies. Seeing Nick talk to cops like a retard and, as @AnOminous has said, impotently throwing the warrant on the ground is the bigger point. The lawyers (and Null and the Kino boys) will likely dissect it like a game of eye spy.

I am personally looking forward to trying to see rotting food and bugs.

(Clips while doing chores are just about manageable.) FWIW I wouldn’t call him succinct. But Nick’s faggy voice, arrogance and constant failed attempts at humor make him unlistenable for me.
Aaron can put the fries in the bag. He won’t insult your intelligence like Nick does is my main point. He’ll obviously allude to something if he can’t legally say it and is fairly open about what occurred. It takes him 10 minutes to say a story that might take 7 as where Nick takes 10 minutes to explain a 5 second interruption because he is in love with his own voice

Drugs. And I didn’t say any of that, I’m deeply uninterested in the usual Kayla discourse. She should’ve gone to jail as far as I’m concerned. But Nick is an unreliable narrator and probably makes her seem worse.

No. I think she drives the kids to activities and goes to the grocery store. Basic shit. And we know she does this because Nick would wait for her to be gone to fuck April. Church was also a big part of her life and something she always wanted for her kids. That’s my only point.

None of that means she didn’t fail her children. She did. It just means she isn’t the cartoon Nick paints her as (until the drugs, which started before the polycule) in bed all the time, when he’s the one awake until 4am and sleeping all day.
Aaron said on the KC interview that Kayla never took any non prescribed drugs in the entire time he was there fwiw

Now I’m just so excited to see Nick angrily trying to do his best to stare down a detective and failing miserably at it.
I hope they put him with a female Detective in the interview room to get under his skin, I want to see autistic screeching, I want to see him slapping his own head, I want the full Jim Can't Swim experience.

The Kayla interview will be really sad though.
