I seem to remember when people were just starting to harass Nick someone asked him if he'd let Vito watch his kids. His non-answer was, "I wouldn't let anyone watch my kids."

You can see that deep down Nick really wants to do the new defamation. But something is holding him back. He is almost over the finish line. All it will take to get him over into full-blown defamation per se is "one bad day" and a few too many substances of one sort or other.

Just about every day since his sentencing has been another step downward for Nick. Its just a question of time now. And if he will crack physically or mentally first.

It says "until the case wraps up, for the kids", which I believe means the CHIPS case. This would also likely date the text to November or earlier.

As for the rest I think it's pretty obvious for a long time that the prospect of Nick's mother turning the financial taps off was a major factor preventing both Nick and Kayla from initiating a divorce. Kayla divorcing Nick would also have other benefits for him. She would likely want to keep custody of the darn kids and Nick would have his excuse to move out of Minnesota to somewhere he actually wanted to be, like Los Angeles.

Any attempt to shame Kayla into divorce failed at the hurdle of her lacking any shame.

NLO and the dabbleverse are downstream from edgy shock jock artists from the mid 00s.

Opie and Anthony headed a popular shock jock show in tbe early 00s to mid 10s that hosted many current day prominent comedians. As host Anthony Cumia began leaning into being an open pedophile and turbo noticer he lost esteem with the audience. At the same time the audience also noticed cohort Opie was in fact boring. They took to reddit to express their frustration.

As the show ended and Cumia and Opie fell out of the c list of the mainstream the redditors kept up the spirit of edgy comedy ... on reddit. Their sub was killed and they took to the podcast sphere.

Imagine a comedy legend, ill pick someone uncontroversial, like Bill Cosby. Bill drinks an entire fresh can of coke. He then pisses in the mouth of Anthony Cumia, who pisses in the mouth of Sam Robert's, who pisses in the mouth Bull Schulz who pisses in the mouth of Geno Bisconte who pisses in the mouth of Patrick melton who then pisses back into Cosby's empty coke can.

The comedy of Patrick Melton is same amount actual comedy as the can of piss is actually coca cola. To be melton is to be that far downstream from actual comedy but spend your life telling everyone "This isn't piss, it's coca cola classic!"

Melton's audience consists of rejected rejects, the subsection of the O&A subreddit who thought Cumia wasn't enough of a pedo. There is also gravity from the Redbar Audience in hate watch terms but thats a whole other offshoot rant about Mike David's victory over compound media.

Tldr - Melton leads a gang of disenfranchised edgy comedy redditors ... who are also pedos if that isn't redundant.

Nick is a sheltered rich kid with little perspective on life. When he pulls from his experience we get his cop at a denny's joke. Whats an aspiring guy to do when he cant pull from his own life to make a funny joke? That's right, he panders.

That is his impression of his child being "zooted" on cocaine saying no to the police entering his house. The pain of his children is comedy fodder for melton, because Nick assumes "he likes edgy things and hurting children, he will love this". Then he makes his cringy impression of her, stops himself from riffing again.

I beleive he stopped not because "hey im pretending to be the child i gave cocaine to and it could really hurt her" and instead stopped because he realized how bad his previous joke had bombed.

Melton gets to make jokes at Nick and his daughters expense, but even a degen like Melton wont give in to Nick's plea for a genuine laugh. He laughs at Nick and how terrible and cringy he is, and rest assured Melton is one of the most terrible cringe faggots on the internet. That guy now drinks Nicks Milkshake.

....Anyway the reason Nick leans into his edgelord persona around Mapton is his current attempt to be in the cool kids scene. He is a liquid person and will fit into any container he is around. He can be the Law guy, the Drug Guy, the Trad Dad, The Swinger, The Sunday School Teacher, whatever the moment demands.. He is always reinventing himself to appeal to someone outside of his lane.

He Reminds me of this episode of This American Life from 26 years ago

Nick has the same instincts as Keith Aldrich, he will attach to any fad in the hopes that something superficial will cover up how shallow he is as a person. I don't know why Keith Felt entitled to destroy his family while chasing trend, but for Nick it is simple; His life has been so free of choices that he feels he has missed out on something by being given everything. So now hes make a joke about his coked up daughter because "pedo's like hurting children, so Melton's gonna get a kick out of this!"

Schmuel Buckman (81 year old Irish guy — not a Jew, despite the name) is a guy who’s sober in AA and spoke to Nick at Hackamania. Nick told him that boredom was the hardest part of “sobriety” (I do not believe he is sober FWIW). Nick was sweating balls in the bar, apparently:



“Bored” is just another word for feeling empty. People who stay sober have the courage to probe those feelings of emptiness. Cowards like Nick desperately try to quench them with “allowed” highs like nitrous.

Nick is a fucking wimp.

Also, I don’t know Minnesota divorce law (I ❤️ ANAL) but I reckon Nick is pulling a Jason Hoppy and is trying to force Kayla to leave the family home.

Jason Hoppy was married to Bethenny Frankel, a former Real Housewife of NY who sold her Skinnygirl brand to Beam Global for $100 million. He was abusive and she wanted a divorce but even after their separation in 2012, she had to stay in their $4.2 million loft (fully owned by her) despite feeling unsafe, because leaving could have negatively affected her custody case. She was told that vacating the marital residence might be construed as abandoning her daughter, which could affect her parental rights.

Hoppy tried to force her to leave by making the place completely disgusting, including taking dumps in her en suite toilet and not flushing, leaving garbage everywhere, turning the TV volume up to maximum and taking the remote with him, and refusing to let her be alone with their daughter. He would crawl into bed with them and stand over her with his arms crossed while she bathed their child. He would print out nasty shit people said about her online and tape it all over the walls. He even locked her dog in a storage unit in the building and refused to tell her where she was for several hours so the poor pup would be covered in filth, hungry, thirsty and terrified.

That divorce took eight years to finalize.

Just saying, Nick would find this kind of thing child’s play. He’d get off on it. No boredom when you’re driving the mother of your children closer to suicide, I guess.

Nick is trying to set it up to that Kayla wants a divorce.

The fruits of divorce might not be the only reason he wants to convince Kayla to ask for a divorce.

1. He can forever hold it over Kayla as her being the bad person who asked for a divorce. Nick had no choice.
2. He can tell everyone this was Kayla's fault. A great explanation to his kids to make Kayla out to be the bad gal. Not super-great Nick. And Kayla will have to concede, that yes, she asked for the divorce.
3. There may be provisions in Nick's Trust. The grandchildren and the caregiver (aka Kayla and her children) might get the bulk of the Trust funds leaving Nick relatively high and dry.
4. Nick's parents or others in the trust may have leeway in how to direct the trust fund. He wants to keep them on-side in the event of a divorce and keep the money coming his way.
5. Especially bad behavior might get Nick dropped from his parent's will in favor of his children once they hit 18.

Getting it in writing is a classic lawyer move for when you want to use some information later, either defensively or offensively.
 
Crackets absolutely is a liar, and absolutely would leave the mother of his children and wife for a druggie brainlet.

But if he has even an ounce of self preservation instinct left, either quaalude kayla or the crack whore April could both destroy him in the court(s).

So keeping both thinking that they’re his favorite does make sense.

That gross skinny methhead look and sensing selfies as if anyone finds that anything but repulsive, apparently BPD april is still dumb enough to fall for the pathological lying, while quala has to drug herself to really check out.
So april is still into him and he thinks literally anyone except for april finds him attractive.

Just the boredom and hating his own life will get to him and just you wait, the divorce arc is less than two years away (it’s so obvious that all parties involved want it to happen).

Then crackets and crackwhore april can shoot up in some slum house closer to the city and the dealers, kayla can stay in the house, and the grandparents can make sure their money goes to the kids and not to nick the liar and april’s drugs.

Nick is at best an uber for the kids. And honestly is a net detriment.
He’s too narcissistic to kill himself, but he’ll junkie spiral with april.

He's not lying or exaggerating. I've been reading his filings since he represented the Farms against Melinda Scott and every word coming from under Matthew Hardin's fingers is pure gold. This man mastered the art of verbally destroying retards.

I think the most frustrating part of Nick insinuating that Aaron has inappropriate thoughts and relations towards people too young for him is that his friend he works with primarily to upset and cause problems for Aaron has talked about how much he wants to sex up Aaron's young children, and how gratifying and natural it would be for him to violate them.

These same children that have been in his house and played with his children. Nick has said how much he loves them, not as much as Melton loves their cup holders of course.

I used to be a fan of nicks and I've always tried to be somewhat conservative in my negative opinions of him, even when he was real bad I've always given him the benefit of the doubt on something. I used to say he's not that bad of a sex weirdo for an older libertarian. Then I would say he's not that much of a druggie for a lawyer libertarian, then I would say he's not that much of cunt when you consider he's part of the sektur, but that sort of whataboutism he could be worse attitude gets harder and harder.

At this point I'm just hoping beyond hope that the neglect and drug usage is the only sort of child abuse that ever comes out of this.
