My opinion is that we need 2 copies of the video. One pristine version that isnt uploaded on KF and the niggermarked version to be posted on the site. I am kind of obsessed about preserving media.

I just know a few years from now that I'm going to be going through some 100 year old book on the Internet Archive and wondering why nigger is superimposed on all letters.
 
You need to get a bit more crazy with watermarks. Don't use transparency as your only method, as it's easier to reverse (e.g. if all the pixels saying NIGGER are at +5% brightness, someone could essentially put a negative over it, and it would cancel out). Static fully opaque watermarks could conceivably be AI'd away, but if they move it becomes even harder.

The problem is, the less removable a watermark, the more destructive it will be to the original data.
 
People will complain about how marking the clips will make the farms look worse than normal, or that it will taint the role it has as archivers or shit like that.

But i believe the number one priority should be to make the life of faggot youtubers and clippers harder, simply because its the funniest and pettiest option, so i support niggermarking completely :feels:

Colors can be adjusted as necessary - replace the #00000077 with different hex values (It's RGBA)


 
Niggermark is hilarious but I could see this being used against the farms if expanded.

Like anything that shits in reaction content tubers cereal is a good thing, but I don't want it tied to Kiwifarms.
